We are still here! Believe it or not!

Your eyes are not playing tricks on you!  This is an actual new blog post!

It has been a crazy six months let me tell ya.  Just to be topped off by a seriously crazy April.  More on that to come.

In addition to Becca having her baby, I have been completely consumed with the build out of our new studio.  So needless to say we have been a bit preoccupied.  But I assure you we are getting back to normal.

I will follow this post up with some great slide show of the birth of Charlotte, Becca’s beautiful daughter I shot, a re-cap of the Art of the moment workshop, a few Alex moments, some wedding work and wrap it up with some images from a wonderful workshop held here- Ying Yang 3.

First,  lets show you some final images of the new digs!

This was quite the project.  By far the largest I have ever taken on.  But man oh man is it worth it!  We could not be happier in our new location.

So much went into this.  I would be remiss if I did not take some time to publicly  thank those that made it happen.

First off my wife Pam.  I have no idea how she did it.   Taking care of our two boys and virtually being a single mom for 5 or 6 months.  Unbelievable.  Saint is not even a word to describe her.  She rocks my world I tell ya and this could not have been possible without her support.  Thanks babe!  Just in time for mothers day.  I really believe she wears a wonder woman suit all day.  Oh, by the way, sorry for making  you crawl above the ceiling that one time!  Such a trooper  you are.

Secondly my parents and most importantly my father.  I could not have pulled this off without him and his unwavering support and help.  Countless hours on his hands and knees getting it done.  Thanks dad.  It means more than you know the time we had together on this.  Mom, your huge support of our goals is unmeasurable and means more than I am sure you know.  We love you!

To my good friend Craig.  There are no words man.  I am going to be paying this off for years!  Thanks.

To Becca for believing in this and being on board and your impeccable taste in decor.  Your contributions were perfect.   To Mark her husband and our general contractor.   3 square contracting gets it done in a perfectly professional way!  I appreciate all you did for us.

Finally, I would like to thank and give props to Haynes Nichols.  This dude rocks!  His company is Timberlab.  They specialize in carpentry.  He excels in so much more.  Thank you so much for the impeccable attention to detail, and your amazingly creative sense.  It is so refreshing to have a contractor that is so passionate and innovative.  Just look for the test tubes when you guys visit the studio.   That was all Haynes.
