They had me at bounce house. One thing I love about my job is that even after 14 years of photographing weddings in Kansas City I can still be surprised. The last thing I expected to hear at our initial meeting for Michelle and AJ’s was how the couple planned to immediately enter a bounce house after recessing from their ceremony. Now everyone tells me they want their wedding to be fun but these two took it to a whole new level. I have never seen a Kansas City wedding with a bounce house but I loved it. It really set the tone for the night and it worked as the fun was nonstop. The Guild was hopping that night as the couple and their friends danced the night away then left on an actual school bus for the after party in Westport.
