As part of my double header wedding weekend recently, I got to document Kaitlyn and Mike’s St. James Parish wedding in Kansas City! Following their ceremony they had a rocking reception at the Midland Theater!
This wedding had it all. Design and coordination from Mike Nolte of Nolte’s Bridal, venues that appealed to the couple’s love of vintage architecture, and a family bond like no other.
Most importantly, the most meaningful things I have witnessed at a ceremony in 16 years.
I love how after so many years I can still be surprised at a wedding.
Kaitlyn is a school teacher and is amazing with her kids. So much so that all the kids from her former class came to the wedding and at one point walked down the aisle and gave her a flower.
It was fantastic to see the power teachers have on our kids. Enjoy some of my favorite images from the day.
